Information You Give Us
- Contact and inquiry details: When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or ask for a custom configurator, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message.
- Project materials: If you become a client, we may receive product images, 3D models, textures, brand assets, and specifications you share with us to build your configurator.
- Account information: If you use one of our hosted platforms, we collect login details and the settings and content you create.
- Communications: Records of emails and other correspondence with us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general location (country or city level).
- Configurator interaction data: Options selected, designs created, and how you interact with the 3D viewer, used to operate and improve the configurator.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 5, Cookies and Tracking Technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and demo requests and provide quotes
- Build, host, deliver, and support configurators for our clients
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Site and Services
- Analyze usage to improve performance, features, and user experience
- Send service-related messages and, where permitted, marketing updates (you can opt out anytime)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Configurators Embedded on Client Websites
Many of our configurators run on our clients’ own websites. When you use a Vizboxx-powered configurator on a client’s site, the client decides what information is collected (for example, if you submit a quote request or place an order). In these cases we process that information on the client’s behalf and according to their instructions, and the client’s privacy policy governs how they use it. Please contact that business directly with questions about their practices.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and resolve disputes. Inquiry data is typically kept for 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Client project data is kept for the duration of the engagement and as set out in the client agreement.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Vizboxx is based in the United States, and our team and service providers may process information in other countries, including India. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
California Residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EEA/UK Residents
Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as operating and improving the Services), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as Instagram). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
